Privacy policy text has not been authored in Storyblok for the fr locale. Create a story at fr/privacy with a title field and a richtext field named body. Until then, the placeholder checklist below is shown.

The privacy notice for BoatStands Direct (Polish entity, KRS-registered) must be authored with legal review. The authored text needs to cover, at minimum, the disclosures required by EU GDPR and the Polish UODO:

Identity and contact details of the data controller
Contact details of the Data Protection Officer (DPO/IODO), if one is designated
Purposes of processing and the legal basis for each purpose
Categories of personal data processed
Recipients (or categories of recipients) of the personal data
Whether personal data is transferred outside the EEA, and if so, the safeguards in place
Retention period (or criteria used to determine it)
Data-subject rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability
Right to withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent), without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal
Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (UODO in Poland)
Whether providing the data is a contractual or statutory requirement and the consequences of refusal
Use of analytics and other cookies — disclosed alongside the consent banner
